Maximus Leather Harness, Black and Gold

A thick leather harness that gives you real control of a strong dog while spreading pressure across the chest instead of the throat. Black leather, brass-coloured hardware and the signature Maximus rivets make it look as good as it works.

• Wide padded chest plate with a cushion of leather and orthopaedic foam to reduce rubbing

Sizing

Measure around the widest part of your dog's chest, just behind the front legs, and around the base of the neck.

• S: chest 40 to 73 cm, neck 25 to 48 cm
• M: chest 50 to 75 cm, neck 35 to 58 cm

This harness suits medium-sized strong dogs such as Staffies, Amstaffs, Pitbulls and young or smaller Bullies. Most adult Cane Corsos, Mastiffs and large Rottweilers have a chest over 75 cm, so check your measurement first, or choose one of our collars instead. Our fitting guide has step-by-step help.

The set adds a matching black leather lead with brass-coloured hardware.

Care

Wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth after use. Don't soak or machine wash. Treat with a leather cleaner and conditioner every few months, and check the buckles and stitching regularly.
